- Redundancy Consultation Programmes:
Design & Manage a 30-day Redundancy Consultation programme.
We reduce business risk by working in partnership with clients, either as the HR department or in in collaboration with it. Enhanced package includes the design and management of the negotiation strategy, where needed.
We work with selected associates who deliver employee representative training, redundancy training for line managers and outplacement support to employees. This ensures the wrap around elements of the programme are in place and delivered to the highest standard.

We provide a comprehensive transition management service and ensure all the people aspects are covered. Services include; employee and trade union consultations, organisational design and effective resourcing of roles within the organisation after transfer. - Mediations:
We provide a Mediation service to resolve workplace conflict or disputes. Mediation is often described as a form of alternative or informal dispute resolution as it’s less formal than grievance and discipline procedures and employment tribunals. - Small / Medium Enterprises (SME) HR Support:

Employee Starter Pack – Aimed at businesses who have less than 10 employees we provide a contract of employment template, a Company disciplinary policy, a Company grievance policy and Company H&S statement.

Aimed at businesses who require a bespoke Contract of Employment template to complement your business needs. - HR Support
